Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order.
Processing time:
• 7–13 business days for mugs, tumblers, drinkware, and small items
• 12–15 business days for apparel and larger products
• Holiday seasons and high-volume periods may require extra time

You will receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when your order ships.

Shipping Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.
• USA: 3–12 business days
• Puerto Rico: 4–15 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on size, weight, and destination.
Some items may ship separately.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
By Marc Designs is not responsible for:
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Carrier delays, weather delays, or lost/stolen packages

For missing or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist if possible.

Wrong Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address.
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will send a replacement at no cost.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
